Job summary

Indiana Mentor, a Sevita program, seeks a Team Lead to supervise staff and deliver direct services in residential and community settings for youth involved in foster care and related programs. The role supports mission-driven care and program objectives across shifts.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in human services, a valid driver’s license, and CPR/First Aid. Join a mission-focused team providing quality life-enhancing supports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience in providing direct services in the human services field.
• Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills.
• Acute attention to detail and ability to problem-solve.
• A compassionate approach and a commitment to quality in everything you do.
• You will make a difference every day serving individuals and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to staff in the residence and community while delivering direct services.
• Attend training for individuals served to ensure objectives and company goals are met.
• Participate in community outings and provide house orientation to new employees; serve as a role model for timely documentation.
• Assist with house staffing needs and staff recruitment.
• Review progress of individuals served and coordinate shift objectives.
• Deliver services such as skills training, job coaching, and behavior management per the IP and treatment team.
