Job summary

Indiana Mentor, part of the Sevita family, delivers Residential and Treatment Foster Care services to youth in transition, or involved with juvenile justice.

We seek a Clinical Coordinator to coordinate service plans, monitor care quality, and collaborate with families and case managers, ensuring compliance and meaningful engagement for individuals served.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
• One year of work experience with youth placed at-risk is preferred.
• Current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Licensure/training as required by state (CPR, First Aid, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development, review and implementation of services and treatments.
• Oversee all services, monitor quality and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in developing quality services and engaging activities for individuals served.
• Build and maintain relationships with families and external case managers.
