Job summary

Sevita’s Indiana Mentor program in South Bend seeks compassionate caregivers to support youth and participants in residential and community settings. You’ll help with daily living skills, personal hygiene, and coordinating activities, while building meaningful relationships and promoting independence.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, teamwork, and reliability.

Responsibilities
