Job summary

Indiana Mentor, a part of the Sevita family, provides Residential and Treatment Foster Care services to youth who may be facing out-of-home placements or transitioning back into the family home. As a caregiver, you’ll support participants with daily living tasks, goals, budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, while building meaningful relationships and contributing to a stable, caring community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Good communication, adaptability, and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve.
• Experience ownership and trust from your leaders to do what’s right for participants.
• Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favourite activities.
