Job summary

Indiana Mentor, a part of the Sevita family, provides Residential and Treatment Foster Care services to youth who may be facing out-of-home placements or transitioning back into family or independent living. We’re seeking care-focused individuals who are compassionate, patient, and reliable to join our mission‑driven team.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Behaviours: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioural challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favourite activities.
