Job summary

Marvin Infinity Replacement is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee residential window and door replacement projects in the Toledo area. This field-based role focuses on final measurements, installation coordination, and exceptional customer experience.

You will lead installation crews, communicate with homeowners, and ensure safety and quality from measurement through completion. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 40 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential construction projects.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems in a fast-paced field environment.
• Experience reading construction documents and adapting plans.
• Strong organizational skills for multiple concurrent projects.
• Ownership mindset toward project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Window and door experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform final field measurements to ensure accurate production and installation.
• Review project details and develop installation solutions for homeowners.
• Lead field representative and primary contact for homeowners.
• Coordinate with installation crews and set project expectations.
• Provide field support and resolve installation challenges as they arise.
• Allocate materials and manage job costs and labor rates.
• Identify and resolve issues while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Conduct final walkthroughs, demonstrate operation, and complete checklists.
• Document outstanding items and ensure quality standards are met.
• Ensure projects meet Marvin’s craftsmanship and customer experience standards.
