Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee residential window and door replacement projects in Toledo, OH. The role focuses on field-based management, direct homeowner interaction, and ensuring quality from measurement to installation completion.

You will lead installation teams, coordinate with partners, and maintain safety and craftsmanship standards across high-quality remodeling projects.

Qualifications

Experience managing residential construction, remodeling, renovation, or home improvement projects.
Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced field environment.
Experience reading construction documents and adapting plans to real-world site conditions.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive, ownership-minded approach to project execution and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Perform final field measurements to ensure windows/doors are manufactured and installed accurately.
Review project details and develop installation solutions aligned with homeowner expectations.
Lead field representation and primary contact for homeowners.
Coordinate with installation crews and ensure project expectations are communicated.
Provide field support and resolve installation challenges as they arise.
Allocate materials and manage job costs and labor rates.
Conduct final walkthroughs and demonstrate window/door operation.
