J. Blanton Plumbing is expanding its residential Water Remediation Division and seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead and grow the team. You will oversee daily field operations, manage crews, and drive exceptional customer experiences while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential water restoration experience.
• Experience managing water restoration crews and field operations.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the residential water remediation team.
• Oversee daily scheduling, staffing, and job execution.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
• Coach and mentor field technicians and crew leaders.
• Monitor quality control, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with dispatch, sales, and other departments for smooth operations.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Drive department performance through training and accountability.
