Job summary

J. Blanton Plumbing is seeking an experienced Water Mitigation Sales Representative to lead new business and strengthen client relationships. You will educate customers, identify opportunities, and collaborate with crews to manage restoration projects.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of water mitigation, is highly organized, and comfortable interacting with homeowners, property managers, insurance professionals, and commercial clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of direct water mitigation sales experience.
• Experience in water damage restoration, mitigation sales, estimating, or restoration work.
• Xactimate and Matterport experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities and educate customers on services.
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, property managers, and contractors.
• Prepare, review, and maintain scope sheets for restoration work.
• Communicate with crew chief on customer expectations and changes in plan.
• Identify additional services based on site conditions and communicate recommendations clearly.
