Job summary

Grand Homes is seeking a Warranty Representative to manage homeowner warranty service requests and coordinate repairs from start to finish. You will work with homeowners, field personnel, vendors, subcontractors, and trades to ensure timely service and high-quality repairs.

In this role you will review requests, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate service records in Corrigo and Outlook, while ensuring seven-day turnaround and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organization, scheduling, and follow-through.
• Ability to coordinate with homeowners, vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Residential construction, warranty, or home services experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple service requests and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive, document, and manage homeowner service requests.
• Review requests against closing dates and warranty manual to determine coverage.
• Coordinate repair work with homeowners, field personnel, vendors, subcontractors, and trades.
• Conduct follow-up inspections to ensure repairs meet Grand Homes' quality standards.
• Complete service requests within seven calendar days.
• Maintain accurate service records and update Corrigo daily.
• Communicate non-warrantable items and required documentation to the appropriate parties.
• Schedule homeowner appointments and repair work.
• Maintain service request documentation and required paperwork.
• Enter appointments into Outlook and ensure completed requests are properly closed.
• Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and trades to ensure timely completion of repairs.
