• Engage in high-volume outbound communications to resolve incomplete requests, liens, balances or inspection needs.
• Navigate obstacles and resolve urgent account issues; authorize payments when needed to settle balances.
• Efficiently manage a high workflow and handle multiple requests across complex software while on hold.
• Maintain professional communication with brokers and provide updates via Conservice notes and messaging.
• Adapt to unique client workflows by navigating multiple databases, programs, and documents.
