CPI Security Systems, Inc. in Fayetteville is seeking a Residential Upgrade Technician to perform in-home upgrades of our residential systems and to establish rapport with customers while identifying opportunities to add products and services.

You will ensure customer satisfaction with both the system and the upgrade process and maintain a professional appearance. Comprehensive paid training is provided, with earnings consisting of a $45,000–$60,000 annual base range plus 100% uncapped

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Electronics/electrical/HVAC/technical training a plus.
• Strong upselling and closing abilities.
• Commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Schedule flexibility and weekend availability.
• Basic understanding of alarm systems a plus.
• Computer skills: iPad & MS Outlook.

Mansioni

• Upgrade residential security systems accurately and efficiently.
• Meet or exceed performance goals on a consistent basis.
• Perform home walkthroughs to determine optimal system configuration and upsell opportunities.
• Keep customer informed about upgrade steps and implications (drilling walls, wiring, etc.).
• Connect in-home system to central monitoring, activate and demonstrate.
• Submit billing and payroll paperwork timely and accurately.
• Maintain safety to avoid injury, damage, or loss of materials.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Consult with management on issues or concerns.
• Clean up work area thoroughly after upgrade.
• Maintain all company equipment and tools.
• Maintain professional appearance at all times.
