Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers in Columbus, OH seeks a Program Manager (Residential Treatment) to oversee daily operations of a youth residential program in a structured, trauma-informed setting. This role requires hands-on leadership, staff support, and coordination of admissions, schedules, and services.

The position focuses on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, staffing oversight, and collaboration with internal and external partners to maintain high-quality care and program

Qualifications

• Experience in residential treatment or related human services setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with scheduling and documentation platforms.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure coverage.
• Support payroll, attendance tracking, and onboarding processes.
• Provide oversight to supervisors and direct care teams.
• Monitor operations for safety and organization.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, orientation, and inventory.
• Oversee supplies and procurement for program.
• Schedule medical, psychiatric, educational and community appointments.
• Partner with treatment teams, county agencies and external providers.
• Assist with operational support during high-acuity situations.
