The Ohio Council of Behavioral Health & Family Services Providers seeks a compassionate Program Manager to lead the daily operations of a residential program for women with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders in Columbus, Ohio.

The role blends clinical leadership with program management, supervising staff, delivering direct services, ensuring a safe, recovery-focused environment, and coordinating with partners to support residents' treatment goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or psychology is required.
• LSW/LPC credentials are required; LISW/LPCC preferred.
• Experience with SPMI and/or SUD populations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of the day-to-day operations of the residential program.
• Supervise, coach, and support program staff to promote effective teamwork and quality resident care.
• Provide direct clinical services to women with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
• Support development and maintenance of a safe, therapeutic, recovery-focused residential environment.
• Implement organizational policies, procedures, and administrative directives.
• Provide coverage for open shifts to ensure continuity of care.
• Serve as a 24-hour resource and consultant to staff on clinical and program concerns.
• Collaborate with internal and community partners to support residents' treatment and recovery goals.
