Job summary

Southeast Healthcare in Columbus seeks a compassionate Program Manager to lead a residential behavioral health program for women with co-occurring disorders. The role blends clinical service, staff leadership, and program management to foster safety, recovery, and stability.

You will supervise staff, provide direct clinical services, partner with community resources, and ensure policy compliance while maintaining a therapeutic environment that supports residents’ goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and LSW/LPC required; LISW/LPCC preferred.
• Experience with SPMI and/or SUD populations required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; crisis intervention ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of day-to-day operations of the residential program.
• Supervise, coach, and support program staff to promote teamwork and quality resident care.
• Provide direct clinical services to women with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
• Support the development and maintenance of a safe, therapeutic, recovery-focused environment.
• Implement organizational policies, procedures, and administrative directives.
• Provide coverage for open shifts to ensure continuity of care.
• Serve as a 24-hour resource and consultant to staff regarding clinical and program concerns.
• Collaborate with internal and community partners to support residents' treatment goals.
• Promote awareness of the program and build relationships with community partners.
