The position requires a related bachelor's degree with supervisory experience or a high school diploma with extensive operations experience. Competitive salary and benefits accompany this full-time role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 4+ years in residential/non-residential operations OR
• High school diploma with 6+ years in residential/non-residential operations and supervisory experience
• Minimum of two years in a supervisory/managerial role
• At least 21 years of age; Criminal clearances incl. state, child, FBI as needed
• Non-communicable diseases exam and drug test as required
• Able to obtain/unrestricted driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of front-line supervisors to maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic residential environment.
• Collaborate with clinical, educational, and operational teams to support individualized treatment planning and coordinated program delivery.
• Support staffing coverage, scheduling, and timekeeping to ensure compliance, continuity of care, and responsible overtime use.
• Ensure program operations and documentation meet contractual, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Participate in treatment team discussions and provide guidance related to youth behavior, progress, and program needs.
• Support admissions, discharges, and overall client flow for smooth facility operations.
• Serve as a communication link between front-line supervisors and leadership, reinforcing expectations and values.
• Model and promote the organization’s mission, philosophy of care, and guiding principles.
