Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is seeking a Program Manager to oversee a residential treatment program serving youth in a trauma-informed setting. The role focuses on operations, staff support, admissions/discharges, scheduling, payroll, and collaboration with treatment teams and external providers.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational abilities, experience in behavioral health or child welfare, and a commitment to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential treatment or related human services setting required.
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with scheduling systems, documentation platforms, Microsoft Office, and electronic communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage.
• Support payroll, attendance tracking, and onboarding processes.
• Provide oversight and guidance to supervisors and direct care teams.
• Monitor program operations to maintain a safe, organized, and supportive environment.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, resident orientation, and property inventory procedures.
• Oversee inventory and ordering of residential, office, and program supplies.
• Coordinate medical, psychiatric, educational, and community appointments.
• Partner with treatment teams, county agencies, and external providers to support resident needs.
• Assist with operational support during high-acuity situations and staffing challenges.
