Job summary

GRACE CARE HOMES in Salem, Oregon is seeking a highly organized Program Coordinator to assist with daily operations of our Residential Treatment Home and Adult Foster Homes. This position requires advanced skills in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with Oregon Administrative Rules.

The ideal candidate will manage scheduling, oversee documentation, and ensure compliance with health regulations while covering direct care shifts when needed. Full-time flexibility for evenings and weekends is required, with an hourly rate of $25.00 to $30.00 DOE.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Residential Treatment Home (RTH), Adult Foster Home (AFH), or similar mental health care.
• Knowledge of Oregon Administrative Rules for RTH/AFH programs required.
• Ability to cover direct care staff shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in duties mandated by Oregon’s Administrative Rules for RTH and AFH.
• Support staff scheduling, training, and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
