Job summary

Grace Care Homes in Oregon seeks a Program Administrator to lead the Residential Treatment Home operations, manage budgets and staffing, and ensure compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules. You will supervise staff, develop policies and procedures, approve resident documentation and treatment plans, and coordinate safety inspections and training.

The role supports two Adult Foster Homes in the same area, requires strong leadership and a proactive approach to crisis management, and emphasizes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or behavioral science OR 4 years of relevant experience (or a combination of both).
• QMHP or QMHA (preferred)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with tools like Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license.
• Cleared criminal background check, and drug screening.

About the Role:

Grace Care Homes is seeking a dedicated Program Administrator to lead the operations and ensure the success of our Residential Treatment Home. Additionally, the Program Administrator will support the operations of our two Adult Foster Homes, which are conveniently located in the same area. This role ensures compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules and other regulations, prioritizing the safety and well-being of our residents. The Program Administrator will manage service delivery, supervise staff, maintain records, and drive improvements to achieve program goals.
