Job summary

Home Life in Corvallis, Oregon seeks a full-time Program Manager to oversee daily operations of the Residential program. Responsibilities include managing staff, schedules, and finances, while safeguarding residents’ personal information and ensuring high-quality services.

The role requires leadership experience in care settings, strong communication, and adherence to Home Life values. On-site work with occasional on-call duties is expected.

Qualifications

• Pass a DHS background check and recheck every 2 years.
• US citizenship or legally able to work in the United States.
• Must be 18+ with valid driver's license, insurance, and good driving record.
• Must complete required training and annual training thereafter.
• Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations to ensure quality of life for supported individuals.
• Manage schedules, personnel, and program finances.
• Maintain confidentiality of personal information.
• Attend to safety, health, and safety compliance for residents.
• Coordinate with staff and management to meet program goals.
• Respond to emergencies and on-call needs within the stated timeframe.

2+ years care provider experience
