Job summary

RISE is seeking a Residential Coordinator (House Manager) in Salem, Oregon to lead a group home for individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health needs. You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, manage the weekly schedule, and provide 1:1 client support within the home.

You will also oversee finances and coordinate safety, daily living activities, and behavioral supports. This role offers growth opportunities through ongoing training, regular career progression sessions,

Qualifications

• Experience working with people with disabilities in residential settings is preferred.
• Experience supervising a care team in a group home is preferred.
• Ability to manage schedules, finances, medications, and daily living plans.
• Must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, coach, train, evaluate, supervise and discipline DSPs; verify and approve timecards.
• Train DSPs on safety, financial plans and support strategies.
• Develop, write and update ISP documents with the team.
• Oversee client financials and monthly budget for the program.
• Act as advocate for medical or financial matters for clients.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and maintain safety per guidelines.
