A leading treatment center in Texas is seeking a Treatment Director to oversee the therapeutic program and provide clinical supervision to staff. This role requires a master's degree in a related field and at least three years of experience working with children with intellectual disabilities or autism. The Treatment Director will also ensure quality improvement and compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience with children with intellectual disabilities or autism.
• One year of supervisory and administrative experience required.
• CANS certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall treatment program and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide clinical services including therapy to residents.
• Develop and review treatment and stabilization plans.
