The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED (bachelor’s preferred) and at least two years of experience, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Oversee program operations and staff in residential transition services.
• Assist in individual service planning and client health assessment.
• Support budget projections and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Participating in individual service planning for clients by assessing the provision of client health and resource management.
• Supporting the implementation of new and existing program services and quality improvement systems.
• Providing the support, training, and structure needed to assure budget projections are being met.
