The Adult Residential Treatment Center (RTC) at Sheppard Pratt in Towson, MD is seeking a full-time, unlicensed Case Manager to support adults 18+ with serious mental illness. The Adult Residential Treatment Center (RTC) provides services for persons ages 18 and older with serious mental illness, including individuals with co-occurring substance use disorders or development disabilities. Our teams craft individualized plans for the residents to reach the highest level of recovery possible.

You will assess and monitor client needs, develop service plans, connect clients to community services and resources, and advocate for your clients as necessary.
