Sheppard Pratt’s Segue Residential Transition Program in Sykesville, MD seeks a Site Supervisor to assist the program supervisor and director with daily operations and client recovery support. The role focuses on coordinating services, staff, and administration within an in-person setting.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED (bachelor’s preferred) and at least two years of experience, plus a valid driver’s license.

Segue clients are clinically stable and ready to leave the hospital.
