Job summary

NeuroRestorative, a part of Sevita, is seeking a Residential Supervisor in Maryland to lead daily activities for individuals with brain and spinal cord injuries within community-based programs. You will supervise Direct Care Staff, ensure onboarding and training, and coordinate services to maintain high-quality care.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Human Services, 1–2 years of relevant experience, CPR/First Aid, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Services.
1–2 years’ experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
CPR and First Aid.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance as required by state.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities and appointments for individuals receiving support.
Coordinate, supervise, and maintain daily activities and schedules for Direct Care Staff and oversee program operations.
Ensure onboarding, orientation and ongoing training is delivered.
Provide input in hiring, corrective action, and performance evaluations.
Maintain relationships with families and guardians and implement satisfaction plans.
Monitor safety and regulatory compliance of living environments and activities.
