Job summary

First American in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a sales-focused professional to expand our residential title/real estate client base. You will build client relationships, secure new orders, and maintain existing accounts to maximize revenue.

A valid driver’s license and 2-5 years of industry experience are required. In this role you will develop call plans, attend real estate events, and collaborate with internal teams to support marketing and sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of successful residential Title/Real estate industry experience.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Requires a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Builds client relationships, secures new orders from new customers, and maintains and expands business with existing client base.
• Compiles lists of prospective customers and develops and executes call plans for qualified real estate agents, lenders and attorneys.
• Collaborates with internal marketing teams and participates in industry events to drive brand awareness and support sales strategy.
