First American in California seeks a high-energy sales professional to manage a builder client portfolio and expand business in residential real estate. You will own your territory, drive growth, and deliver tailored solutions to clients to support their success.

The role requires 2-5 years in residential Title/Real estate sales, a valid driver’s license, and a proven track record of meeting goals. Base pay plus commission reflects market opportunities and geographic location.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of successful residential Title/Real estate industry experience.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Requires a valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Builds client relationships, secures new orders from new customers, and maintains and expands business with existing client base.
• Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads and develops a call plan for qualified real estate agents, brokers and staff, lenders and attorneys.
• Assesses client needs and develops plans to meet those needs.
• Attends real estate industry functions and participates in community events to be highly visible in the marketing area.
• Collaborates with internal marketing teams to develop local content and social media presence.
