Job summary

First American’s Direct division in Beaverton seeks a sales-focused professional to develop and retain a quality client base. You will drive revenue by pursuing new business and nurturing existing relationships with real estate agents, lenders and attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Builds client relationships, secures new orders from new customers, and maintains and expands business with existing client base.
• Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads and develops a call plan for qualified real estate agents, brokers and their staff.
• Assesses client needs and develops plans to meet those needs.
• Attends real estate industry functions and participates in community events to increase visibility.
• Collaborates with internal marketing teams to develop local marketing content and social media presence.
• Delivers presentations to customer groups and interacts daily with operations, marketing and escrow teams.
• Communicates proactively with clients and responds timely to inquiries.
