Job summary

Rise Services, Inc. in Utah seeks a full-time Residential Team Lead to support adults with developmental disabilities or mental health needs. The role includes overseeing daily operations, guiding staff, and ensuring quality supports while on-call.

You will plan and monitor activities, coordinate with state agencies, and help develop individuals’ skills. A Bachelor’s degree or supervisory experience is preferred, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or comparable supervisory experience preferred.
• Person-centered philosophy, quality supports for individuals, self-motivated, honest and dependable.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to solve problems and work independently or with a team.
• Knowledge of developmental disabilities/mental health needs and related field experience preferred.
• Must pass background screening and have valid ID.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and quality assurance of program.
• Work as a team strategizing, creating, and implementing plans to address individuals’ needs.
• Supervise, schedule, train, and work direct care hours with Direct Support Professionals.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, and coordinate with state agencies.
• Schedule and ensure activities and skill development goals; assist with social/community activities.
• Position includes being on-call.
