Job summary

Rise Family in Price, Utah is seeking a full-time Residential Team Lead to support adults with developmental disabilities or mental health needs. This role oversees daily operations, ensures quality, and collaborates with Direct Support Professionals to implement person-centered plans.

You will supervise scheduling, assist with budgets and coordination with state agencies, and participate in on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or comparable supervisory experience preferred.
• Person-centered philosophy and dedication to quality supports for individuals.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to problem solve; work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and quality assurance of program.
• Collaborate with team to strategize, create, and implement plans addressing individuals’ needs.
• Supervise, schedule, train, and work direct care hours with Direct Support Professionals.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, coordinate with state agencies.
• Schedule and ensure completion of activities and skill development goals; assist with social and community activities.
• Position includes being on-call.
