Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable supervisory experience preferred.
• Person-centered philosophy and dedication to quality supports.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to work independently or in a team.
• Knowledge of developmental disabilities/mental health needs preferred.
• Must have a valid ID and be able to pass a background screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and quality assurance of program.
• Work with team to strategize, create, and implement plans addressing individuals’ needs.
• Supervise, schedule, train, and work direct care hours with Direct Support Professionals.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, and coordinate with state agencies.
