Job summary

Rise Services is seeking a full-time Residential Team Lead in Price, UT to oversee daily operation and quality assurance for adults with developmental disabilities or mental health needs. You will supervise staff, coordinate budgets, and partner with state agencies to ensure program success.

Strong leadership, clear communication, and a person-centered approach are essential. On-site role with flexible schedules and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or comparable supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to problem-solve and work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and quality assurance of the program.
• Supervise, schedule, train, and work direct care hours with Direct Support Professionals.
• Prepare and monitor budgets and coordinate with state agencies.
• Schedule activities and support skill development and community participation.
