Job summary

RISE Services Inc. is seeking a full-time Residential Team Lead to support adults with developmental disabilities or mental health needs in Richfield, Utah.

This role centers on quality of care, person-centered planning, and teamwork to enhance daily living. You will oversee daily operations, supervise Direct Support Professionals, schedule shifts, monitor budgets, coordinate with state agencies, and help residents participate in community activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or comparable supervisory experience preferred.
• Person-centered philosophy and commitment to quality supports.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to problem solve and work both independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of developmental disabilities/mental health needs preferred.
• Must pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and quality assurance of program.
• Work as a team strategizing, creating, and implementing plans that address the needs of the individuals.
• Supervise, schedule, train, and work direct care hours alongside Direct Support Professionals.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, and coordinate with various state agencies
• Schedule and ensure completion of activities and skill development goals. Assist with social and community activities.
• Position includes being on-call.
