Job summary

St. John's Community Services is seeking a Team Lead-Residential in Jackson, TN to lead a team of residential support specialists.

The role focuses on safeguarding individuals, guiding ISP planning, and ensuring service quality across assigned departments, including emergency coverage and on-call management. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of related experience with supervision in a disability-support setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two+ years related experience; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a strong, collaborative team of residential support specialists.
• Provide direct coverage in emergencies and manage 24-hour on-call coverage.
• Oversee ISP implementation and documentation for individuals served.
• Ensure safety, health, and well-being of individuals and compliance with policies.
• Coordinate activities and funds in line with ISP goals.
• Complete administrative duties including billing documentation.
