Job summary

St. John's Community Services in Tennessee is hiring a Team Lead-Residential to support individuals with disabilities in operated or supported living settings.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure ISP adherence, and maintain safety and compliance across residences and transportation. The role emphasizes direct instruction, coaching, and collaboration with program directors to achieve ISP outcomes, with a focus on self-direction, community integration, and independent living skills for

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience required.
• Two+ years related experience working with people with disabilities preferred.
• Experience in community-based programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a strong residential support team to operate high-quality services.
• Ensure routine department meetings and reinforce agency mission and philosophy.
• Provide staffing coverage and 24-hour on-call management for assigned departments.
• Lead ISP implementation and ensure documentation for each person served.
• Ensure safety and maintenance of residences and vehicles under agency responsibility.
• Coordinate with program leadership to manage ISP goals and community integration.
• Complete administrative duties including billing and staff evaluations.
