Zusammenfassung

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Residential Team Lead in Jackson, TN to supervise Direct Support professionals and coordinate operations in group homes. The role focuses on maintaining safe, clean homes and high-quality care for people with developmental disabilities, mental health or substance use needs.

You will manage staffing, budgets, and on-call coverage across all shifts. Reports to the IDD Group Homes Program Manager and will interview staff, schedule coverage, and ensure training

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR, first aid, NCI and/or MedTech certification is a plus.
• Must be qualified as a Habilitation Technician II (med certified) or eligible at the first available training after accepting the position.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Aufgaben

• Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support employees and manages operations, staffing and budget of facilities assigned.
• Interviews and hires Direct Support Professionals.
• Prepares employee schedules ensuring adequate staffing coverage at all times.
• Performs personal care duties performed by Direct Support, such as hygiene tasks, meals, and goal implementation.
• Monitors staff across all three shifts, providing feedback to ensure quality interactions with people supported.
• Resolves employee issues and conducts performance reviews.
• Ensures employees meet training requirements and attend required events.
• Monitors budget items staying within guidelines.
• Provides after-hours and on-call coverage as part of the direct care rotation.

Ausbildung
