Job summary

TRI-KO INC seeks a dedicated caregiver supervisor to oversee staff providing daily living assistance to adults with developmental needs in clients' homes. You will help with cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, and medication administration, ensuring a safe and supportive home environment.

You will participate in team meetings, help update support plans, and assist the Department Director with paperwork and inspections to maintain high-quality care.

• Supervise and assist your staff as they help folks with their basic daily living skills like cooking, cleaning, personal hygiene, and taking medications.
• Insure a safe, clean and orderly environment in our clients homes that they (and you) can feel proud of.
• Help ensure our clients are receiving the best care possible by attending their team meetings and helping to update their support plans.
• Assist the Department Director in managing all the proper documentation (fire/tornado drills, house inspections, med administration, attendance records, etc.).
• Train and coach your staff into becoming the best possible caregivers that they can be.
• Brighten peoples lives by ensuring that their houses are always properly staffed.
