Job summary

Sevita in Kokomo, IN is seeking a Team Lead to provide leadership and supervision to staff in residence and community while delivering direct services to the individuals we serve.

The role emphasizes ensuring shift objectives, coordinating staffing, and modeling high-quality documentation and service delivery. Candidates should have two years’ experience in human services, a valid driver’s license, and CPR/First Aid certification. Full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules are available.
