Job summary

Firefly Supported Living & Employment Services in Kansas City, MO seeks a Residential Home Coordinator to lead two homes, supervise DSPs, and ensure safety and rights of individuals with IDD.

You will implement ISPs, participate in tiered support meetings, and collaborate with the Program Coordinator to maintain licensing compliance and quality care. This full-time role offers growth and strong benefits.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in IDD/Developmental Disabilities preferred.
  • Background checks including criminal, driving, abuse/neglect, and fingerprints required.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure safety and welfare of individuals served and maintain a warm, conflict-free atmosphere.
  • Oversee two residential locations, manage schedules, and ISPs.

Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift.Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
