Job summary

TNC Community is seeking a Residential Support Supervisor (RSS) to manage facilities, budgets, vehicle safety, and supervise Lead PSAs and PSAs across multiple homes. You will advocate for residents’ health, safety, and quality of life, removing barriers to full community participation.

Responsibilities include staff leadership, documentation oversight, ISP participation, and coordinating outings. Requires a high school diploma and experience in direct care with supervisory duties; CPR/First Aid

Qualifications

• Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
• Two years of combined direct service and related management experience preferred (must have at least one year of direct service experience).
• Ability to clear background checks and drug/alcohol screenings as required.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Communicate regularly with Lead and Personal Support Attendants (PSA) and other staff face to face, via phone, and via logs to address each individual’s needs daily.
• Review DDR/T-Log and MAR/EMAR for accuracy; alert staff of issues.
• Attend parent/guardian meetings when held at supervised homes.
• Participate in ISP meetings for individuals in supervised homes.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians while protecting confidentiality.
• Provide leadership for Leads and PSAs in planning community outings and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist with staffing and transportation support for outings; produce monthly activity calendars.
• Ensure staffing ratios and staff training across homes.
