Job summary

Ray Graham Association is seeking a Residential Supervisor to provide leadership and operational oversight for 2–4 CILA homes, supporting up to 16 individuals with IDD. You will supervise DSP teams, ensure high‑quality, person‑centered services, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

In this role you will oversee staffing, budgets, and agency resources, travel between homes, and collaborate with coordinators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to promote independence and community

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in direct supports for people with IDD.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with person-centered service models.
• Experience with DHS/IDPH/CQL Therap and electronic documentation systems.
• Ability to manage budgets and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Supervise DSP teams with coaching and accountability.
• Conduct evaluations, observations, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain staffing coverage and manage household budgets.
• Promote person-centered supports and community participation.
