Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Direct Support Supervisor for a full-time, weekday schedule (8a–4p). This role supervises two or more direct care staff in residential settings, conducts performance reviews, and leads training efforts to ensure high-quality supports.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, health-related experience, and a valid driver's license. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in a health-related area preferred
• One year of experience working with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities preferred
• Flexible schedule and on-call availability
• Background check and drug screen required
• Valid driver's license; CPR/First Aid certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of two or more employees
• Interviewing and hiring recommendations; training employees
• Plan, assign, and direct work; review performance
• Provide after-hours and on-call coverage as part of rotation
• Ensure home/facility is clean and well-maintained
• Assist people supported to achieve personal goals per Individual Support Plan
• Carry out Direct Support Professional responsibilities
• Adhere to organizational policies and applicable laws
