Job summary

RHA Health Services seeks a Direct Support Supervisor BH- West St. Regular position to lead two or more Direct Support Employees in residential settings. You will plan, assign, and direct work, review performance, and support personal goals for the people served.

Responsibilities include interviewing and hiring support staff, providing ongoing training, and ensuring compliance with policies and laws. This role requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license, with CPR/first aid

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; two years' health-related experience preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license required where transportation is needed.
• CPR, first aid certification; NCI/MedTech certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of two or more Direct Support Employees.
• Manage residential homes/facilities; plan, assign, direct, review performance.
• Provide after-hours and on-call coverage as part of the care rotation.
• Monitor interactions with people supported and support personal goals.
• Interview and participate in hiring decisions; conduct training.
• Address complaints and resolve problems; ensure regulatory compliance.
