Job summary

RHA Health Services is seeking a Direct Support Supervisor (full-time) to lead a team in our residential supports program. Monday to Friday 8a–4p, providing supervision, coaching, and guidance to direct care staff while ensuring quality services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The role involves ensuring staff meet training requirements, conducting performance reviews, and coordinating on-call coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in health-related field preferred.
• One year of experience working with individuals with developmental/disabilities preferred.
• CPR certification plus ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise two or moreDirect Support employees.
• Interview and make recommendations for hiring; train staff.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; review performance; recognize and motivate staff.
