Job summary

Handicapped Development Center is seeking a Residential Support Staff member to supervise and guide individuals in supported community living, either one-on-one or in small groups. The starting wage is $16.50/hr. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, insurance, reliable transportation, and a HS diploma or GED.

The position is part-time, with shifts between 7am and 7pm. Essential duties include providing support during meals, monitoring medications, transporting participants safely, and

As Residential Support Staff, you will provide supervision, instruction, and guidance to individuals in supported community living while working one‑on‑one or in small groups.

Candidate must have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation. Candidate must be willing to drive their own vehicle and be reimbursed for mileage. HS diploma or GED required.

Schedule: Part‑time between the hours of 7am-7pm
