You will follow individual plans, promote growth toward goals, and ensure safety while teaching independence, budgeting, and personal care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have a driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Able to lift, pull, and push adequate weight to assist individuals supported.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and training to adults with developmental disabilities to promote each person's growth toward his/her highest potential.
• Ensure the house is personalized and individualized to each person's preferences and personality.
• Teach and instruct people served to do as much as possible for themselves per program plans.
