Job summary

Chimes is seeking a skilled supervisor for our residential home, overseeing day-to-day operations in a setting serving individuals with developmental disabilities. You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with regulations, and coordinate training and performance evaluations to support growth and quality care.

• Education: associate or bachelor’s degree in human services preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: at least two years working with persons with developmental disabilities in a group residence; supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day operation of the home in compliance with regulations and agency standards.
• Provides supervision and training to staff to promote growth.
• Oversees Lead Staff and Direct Support Professionals and handles disciplinary actions in collaboration with the Division Manager.
• Maintains records for service and medication, completes audits, and ensures timely reporting.
