The Arc Southern Chesapeake in Maryland is seeking a full-time Residential Support Professional to help individuals access the community, build independence, and enjoy social activities. A high school diploma or GED, a valid driver\'s license, and a reliable vehicle are required.

You will assist with daily living tasks, coordinate transportation, support medications if needed, and maintain records. Evening shifts (2-10 pm) are required and a background check will be conducted.
