Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must pass Maryland background check.
• Must have reliable vehicle for transporting clients.
• Enjoy hands-on assisting and supporting individuals.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with physical and personal management needs, teaching skills and supporting independence.
• Assist with household management and transportation for community participation.
• Administer medications as certified and assist with prescribed treatments.
• Foster friendships and community connections to enhance self-directed living.
